Goi Chay is actually a salad made with delicious ingredients like noodles, lime juice, carrot, cabbage and even peanuts. Peanuts make it a little crispy while vegetable made it a hale and hearty dish. Must try it out.

  • Noodles 100 gm (boiled)
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mix herbs ½ tsp
  • Garlic clove 3 - 4 (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cabbage ½ cup (grated)
  • Carrot ½ cup (grated)
  • Red chili 4 - 5
  • Peanut ½ cup (roasted crushed)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add lemon juice, soya sauce, mix herb, red chili, garlic and salt to mix.

  2. Then add grated vegetable with boiled noodles. Mix well.

  3. Top with peanuts to serve.
