Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 800 gm
  • Red chilli powder 5 gm
  • Turmeric powder 5 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 5
  • Chaat masala 10 gm
  • Garam masala 75 gm
  • Mint Leaves chopped 75 gm
  • Green coriander chopped 75 gm
  • Green chillies chopped 25 gm
  • Yoghurt 250 gm
  • Ginger chopped 15 gm
  • Ginger-garlic paste 60 gm
  • Yellow chilli powder 25 gm
  • Carom seeds 10 gm
  • Butter 60 gm
  • White pepper 5 gm

Cooking Directions

  1. Cube the cottage cheese into squares.

  2. Sprinkle red chilli and turmeric powder and salt, keep aside.

  3. Add lemon juice, half the chaat masala and garam masala and mix well.

  4. Slit the cottage cheese cubes and fill with chopped mint, coriander and green chillies.

  5. Whisk yoghurt with the remaining ingredients.

  6. Coat the cubes evenly with this mixture.

  7. Skewers the cubes and cook on a charcoal grill.

  8. Remove from skewers, sprinkle the remaining chaat masala and garam masala and serve.
