Cube the cottage cheese into squares.
Sprinkle red chilli and turmeric powder and salt, keep aside.
Add lemon juice, half the chaat masala and garam masala and mix well.
Slit the cottage cheese cubes and fill with chopped mint, coriander and green chillies.
Whisk yoghurt with the remaining ingredients.
Coat the cubes evenly with this mixture.
Skewers the cubes and cook on a charcoal grill.
Remove from skewers, sprinkle the remaining chaat masala and garam masala and serve.
