Homemade honey walnut butter is not so hard to prepare at all. Roast walnuts and blend with honey, fill a jar and refrigerate. Spread on a slice of bread or croissants and enjoy breakfast or fill lunch boxes.

  • Walnuts 1 ½ cups (roasted)
  • Salt a pinch or as per taste
  • Honey as per taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven for 10-15 minutes at 350F degrees.

  2. Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and put it in oven for 10-15 minutes and stir it frequently.

  3. Now in food processor with regular cutting blade, process the nuts for 30-45 seconds until they resemble like cracker crumbs.

  4. Keep processing until they get ground and will combined like ball shape.

  5. Add seasoning as per your choice and keep grinding it till the time you like it .

  6. Store it in air tight container and keep it refrigerated.
