  • Rice 2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic clove 6
  • Green chilies 10
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. First boil rice and strain it and simmer them.

  2. Now in a blender add bunch of green coriander, green chilies and garlic cloves to blend and add salt. Green chutney is ready.

  3. In a wok heat oil with butter and pour green chutney in it to stir fry.

  4. Then add rice in it and stir it quickly and simmer it with black pepper crushed.

  5. In the end add lemon juice and serve.
