Mix together all the ingredients of the marinade and marinate the beef in it for a couple of hours.
Grill the marinated beef till it reaches desired level of doneness.
Cut into pieces and keep aside.
To prepare fried rice: Heat oil in a wok, add eggs, cook and stir until egg is lightly scrambled.
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for a minute.
Add rice and toss again.
Mix in all the seasoning ingredients, toss again.
To serve, create a bed of tomato, onion, cucumber roundels, place beef pieces on top and serve with a portion of rice.
