This is very tasty, spicy and crispy deep fried chicken wings with easy method, just marinate wings with spices, sauces and coated with flour then deep fried. You will love them, they taste really great.Must try this recipe or add stuff to change to your liking.

Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Peprika powder 1 tsp
  • Parselay 1 tsp
  • Red chilli paste 6 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 6 tbsp
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. For coating: In a bowl add plain flour, peprika powder, garlic powder, crushed black pepper, chilli powder.

  2. For marination sauce: In a blender, blend parselay, garlic cloves, red chillies or kashimiri mirch.

  3. Make a paste.

  4. Now put chicken wings in a bowl then marinate with salt, chilli sauce and blended mixture, mix well.

  5. Keep aside for atleast 1 hour.

  6. Heat oil in a skillet.

  7. Now coat marinated chicken wings properly with coating powder then deep fry.

  8. When turn into golden brown, remove and serve.
