Ingredients

  • Apricot Sauce:
  • Dry apricot 500 g
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Custard:
  • Warm milk 1 litre
  • Custard 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 8 tsp
  • Chilled milk (for mixing custard powder)
  • Assembling:
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Almonds 3-4 (per glass)

Cooking Directions

  1. Apricot sauce: Soak the apricots in water overnight.

  2. Add 1 cup water in it and 1 cup sugar.

  3. Add apricots, water and sugar in a pan and cook on low heat.

  4. Custard: Add milk in a pan and boil it.

  5. Dissolve custard powder in chilled milk.

  6. Then add sugar and dissolved custard powder in it.

  7. Be careful not to thicken it too much.

  8. Keep stirring constantly while cooking.

  9. Then place it in fridge so it cools down.

  10. Assembling: Add a layer of apricot sauce in serving dish.

  11. Then add almonds, cream and add custard in it.

  12. Add almonds and mint leaves and apricot sauce on top.
