Ingredients

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Onion 1
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Egg 1 small
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2 small
  • For Gravy:
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion paste ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Tomato paste ½ cup
  • Kashmiri chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Choperized all ingredients of kofta.

  2. Make balls of the mixture and keep aside.

  3. For gravy: Take sauce pan heat oil and add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and fry them.

  4. Then add salt, tomato paste, kashmiri chili paste and yogurt mix it well.

  5. Add half cup of water and add koftas.

  6. Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  7. Then add 2 cup of water and cook on low flame for a while.

  8. Serve with the hot Kashmiri naan.
