Very simple and crispy paratha with chai is common in every home on breakfast and also with noon tea. Even in the shortage of time when nothing is available at home then chai paratha help us.

Ingredients

  • For Tea:
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Small cardamoms 4
  • Sugar 1 tsp or to taste
  • Tea 3 tsp
  • For paratha:
  • Flour ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Put fresh milk in sauce pan and heat on medium flame.

  2. Then add tea, small cardamoms and sugar and let it cook.

  3. When boil comes tea is ready.

  4. For paratha:

  5. Knead flour, salt and water into fine dough.

  6. Make balls of the dough and roll out to make round paratha.

  7. Fry on a griddle with some oil until both sides are crispy.

  8. Serve with prepared chai.
