Ingredients

  • Egg white 2
  • Cornflakes (crushed)
  • Castor Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Strawberry sauce
  • Cherries (optional)
  • Peanuts chopped
  • Almond chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 190C.

  2. In a bowl put egg whites and beat with beater till frothy/foamy.

  3. Put sugar very carefully in egg whites by folding with spoon.

  4. Add cornflakes in egg white mixture.

  5. Put chopped nuts and mix well.

  6. Grease baking tray.

  7. Scoop up with a spoon and drop one by one on baking tray.

  8. Bake at  190C for 10 minutes.

  9. Optional: Decorate with starwberry sauce and cherries.
