Cut raw mangoes length wise.
Heat water in a pan and put ginger garlic paste, red chillies, chilli flakes, turmeric, salt, onion seed and raw mangoes mix well and cook.
Add sugar also and cook more until little water remains.
Remove from stove add vinegar.
Pickle is ready.
