Mix baking soda, carom seeds, ginger and asafoetida in white lentils flour.
Now add water in the mixture and soak for 10 to 15 Mins.
Heat the cooking oil.
Now add fenugreek Seeds and oil in sticky flour mixture.
Form small waday of the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry waday in it.
Add salt and sugar in sufficient water and mix.
Now soak waday in this water.
After 10 minutes pour yogurt over the wadas.
Sprinkle chaat spice over it and serve with tamarind and mint chutney.
