Add yogurt, little oil, baking flour and salt in the flour and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp water and knead.
Continue to add a little water at a time and knead to a firm dough.
Roll out dough in small flat discs, heat olive oil in a pan and add the flatbread to fry on both sides.
Remove from pan when brown and puffed up.
Serve with hummus.
