Homemade Flat bread or roti is always first priority. Its fresh and warm can be served by any curry, kabab or simply tea.

Ingredients

  • Self raising flour 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Directions

  1. Add yogurt, little oil, baking flour and salt in the flour and mix well.

  2. Add 1 tbsp water and knead.

  3. Continue to add a little water at a time and knead to a firm dough.

  4. Roll out dough in small flat discs, heat olive oil in a pan and add the flatbread to fry on both sides.

  5. Remove from pan when brown and puffed up.

  6. Serve with hummus.
