Ingredients

  • Chicken breast ½ kg (cut into strips)
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (sliced)
  • Green bell pepper 1 (sliced)
  • Mushrooms 6 (sliced)
  • Green onions 6 (sliced)
  • Carrot 1 (cut into strips)
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Beef ½ kg (cut into strips)
  • Lemon 1 (juice)
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add vegetables, seasoning with salt, vinegar, chilli powder, pepper, and soya sauce.

  3. Saute until crisp and tender for about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Remove vegetables from skillet and set aside.

  5. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

  6. Grill the chicken and beef separately.

  7. Remove from the grill and set aside.

  8. Heat the same large skillet until very hot and return the vegetables to the pan.

  9. Now add lemon juice.

  10. Layer the cheese on top and then lay the meat over it and wrap in chapatti.

  11. Serve immediately with  tomato ketchup or salsa.
