Ingredients

  • Potato 5 (cut into fine pieces)
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup
  • Plain flour 1/2 cup
  • For Tomato Sauce:
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic clove 2 (chopped)
  • Tomato 12 (chopped)
  • Fresh parsley 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil potatoes and mash well.

  2. Then add egg yolk, parmesan cheese, plain flour with boiled potatoes in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Now make 4 rolls of this mixture and cut into slices and boil.

  4. For Tomato Sauce: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and add tomatoes and cook for few minutes.

  5. Then sprinkle parsley, basil leaves, salt and black pepper and roast well.

  6. Now serve with potato gnocchi.
