Blend biscuits, sugar and butter together.
Press into a Pyrex baking dish and set.
Bake dish in a preheated oven (200 ̊ C) for 10 minute, then remove.
Mix gelatin with water and heat in microwave for 40 seconds.
Allow to cool.
Whisk cream cheese, add sugar and gelatin and whisk again.
Put in freezer for 5 minutes.
Whisk cream in a bowl and add to cream cheese mixture.
Layer on biscuit base and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Layer with cut strawberries.
Cook jelly in 2 cups water.
Cool a littler and layer over strawberries.
Refrigerate.
