Ingredients

  • Eggs 4
  • Mozzarella cheese 50 gm
  • Chicken sausages 3 to 4
  • Green chilies 2
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Tomatoes sliced 1
  • Margarine 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan take oil and put chopped onions, and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. In a mixing bowl put egg, salt, black pepper, and beat it well, add sliced capsicum, tomatoes, green chilies and 1tbsp margarine or butter in it and mix well.

  3. Spread this mixture in the pre-fried onions like an omelet.

  4. Allow to cook at low flame.

  5. Cut the sausages trans-sectionally and garnish it on the omelet, also spread shredded mozzarella cheese on it.

  6. When the omelet is cooked, then place the pan in a pre-heated oven at 200 C and bake for 3 to 4 minutes.

  7. Omelet is ready.
