Ingredients

  • Milk 2 litre
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • White flour 2 to 3 tbsp
  • White vinegar ½ cup
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Almond pistachio ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. First cook milk in a pan.

  2. When milk starts to boil, flame off the stove and put vinegar so milk curdles.

  3. Now bind it in cloth and take out all the water.

  4. Now put baking powder and white flour in it and mix it with the help of hand.

  5. Now make balls from this batter.

  6. Take a pan and put water sugar and kewra essence and cook it to make thick syrup.

  7. Then put balls in it and cook on low flame.

  8. When starts to float dish it out with syrup and garnish it with almond pistachio.
