Clean colocasia, and soak in 2 cup water with ½ tsp turmeric powder.
In a cooking pan, heat oil then add mutton, onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and 2 cup hot water.
Cook it on a low flame till the meat tenders.
As the water dries and oil forms a layer, add colocaisa with 1 cup water and simmer for 10 minutes.
When colosaisa is cooked, add lemon juice, all spice powder, finely chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with nan.
