Take a medium size bowl, put plain flour, salt and dry yeast.
Add dry milk powder, sugar, oil, mix them with your hand add Luke warm water as much required to make soft dough.
Cover with plastic wrap & keep it at warm place, so the yeast rises up.
Now roll in dough and make small balls and give different shapes.
Keep on greased tray with a distance.
Brush egg onto different shapes of bread rolls.
Then sprinkle poppy seed on some rolls.
On some rolls sprinkle cumin seed, as well sesame seed on some rolls for making assorted bread rolls.
Bake at 180 c for electric oven or 350 f in gas oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve it with butter.
