  • Oil as required
  • Curry leaves few
  • Dry red chilies 4
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger 1 small piece (finely chopped)
  • Carrots 1 cup (cubed in green peas size)
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing
  • Green chilies for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet, add the curry leaves then add the dry red chilies, mustard seeds and ginger and fry for a while.

  2. Then add the vegetables and the salt with turmeric powder and cook for some time.

  3. Then add two cups of water cook till the vegetable is done and the water has dried.

  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies, serve hot with chapati.
