Heat milk and add sugar.
Cook till sugar dissolves and then remove.
Break baqarkhanis and spread in a pyrex dish.
Layer with almonds, walnuts, raisins and desiccated coconut.
Gently pour milk over it.
Spread cream on top.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°c for 25 minutes and remove.

This was so good. I added pistachios instead of walnuts and liked it better that way
