You all know that fenugreek and spinach are good for your family health. You cannot convince kids to eat that boiled, tasteless spinach as you don't like it yourself. So here is a solution, try this recipe Palak Puri, the kids as well as grown ups will love the colorful Palak puris.

Ingredients

  • Spinach 4 tbsp (boiled and ground)
  • Fenugreek leaves 4 tbsp (boiled and ground )
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Cumin 1 tsp ( crushed)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Warm water 1 cup
  • Oil for fry

Cooking Directions

  1. Add salt in boiled spinach and fenugreek mixture.

  2. Now add cumin, red chili powder, all spice powder, flour, and oil.

  3. Knead with warm water into a soft dough.

  4. Make balls and set aside for 10 minutes.

  5. Now roll out small puris and fry in hot oil.
