  • Boiled chickpeas 2, 1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Whole red chili 4
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano and thyme 1 full pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan add chickpeas, coriander powder, cumin seeds, whole red chili, turmeric, salt, thyme, oil and a glass of water, boil.

  2. When ready takeout in a bowl.

  3. Garnish and serve with Puri.
