Wash fish and marinate with spices then put into freezer. Fry it when you need to serve. Fish goes with green mint and chili chuttni and onion rings.

  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Lemon 3 to 4

Cooking Directions

  1. Apply vinegar on the fish and leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Now wash the fish well.

  3. After washing, marinate the fish with ginger, garlic,salt and turmeric powder.

  4. Leave for half an hour.

  5. Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry the fish.

  6. When it turns golden brown remove the fish and drizzle some lemon juice and chat masala on top.
