Pickled Potato - People who like vegetables they want to cook them through different ways. So that they dont get bored by making same thing in same way. Pickled potato is very quick dish eat with paratha in breakfast, lunch and in sehri.

Ingredients

  • Potato 250 gm
  • Mango pickled 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • For Baghar:
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Curry leaves 15 – 20
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White cumin seeds ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil and peel potatoes and cut into cubes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and whole cumin seeds.

  3. Add mango pickled with boiled potatoes, salt, turmeric and crushed red pepper.

  4. Put on low flame for 5 minutes.

  5. Ready to serve hot with chappati or paratha.
