Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Puree 2 tbsp
  • Spinach Puree 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Red Color as required
  • Green Color as required
  • For Filling:
  • Cabbage 1 cup (julienned)
  • Carrot ½ cup (grated)
  • Capsicum ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Chicken 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1 tsp
  • Spring Onion ½ cup (chopped)
  • Oil 2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. For Filling: Heat oil, add garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

  2. Add all other filling ingredient, with sauces and seasoning.

  3. Cook until vegetable slightly soft, remove and cool to use for filling.

  4. For Dough: Make dough with flour, salt and ghee using water.

  5. Divide in 3 portions.

  6. Mix 1 dough with tomato puree and red color, second dough with spinach puree and green color, third dough will be plain.

  7. Now mix all the three dough cut them into balls and roll it to saucer size.

  8. Put chicken mixture, make in D shaped samosas, bake for 20 minutes or fry. Serve warm.
