Ingredients

  • Fish ½ kg (boneless, cut into 2 inches cubes)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp heaped (crushed)
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Coriander 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp heaped
  • Oil for deep frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mix boneless fish, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili, all spice, egg, coriander, cumin, flour, corn flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric, baking powder and marinate your fish in this for 1 hour.

  2. Then deep fry fish into this for 8-10 minutes, serve with fries.
