Ingredients

  • Green/red/yellow capsicum 2 medium sized
  • Cauliflower ½ medium sized
  • Carrots 2 medium sized
  • Spring onion 2 medium sized
  • For sauce:
  • Take oil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder as required
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable stock Or chicken stock 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup ¾ cup
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/3 cup
  • Corn flour 3 to 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Slice vegetables.

  2. Heat oil, add ginger and garlic paste.

  3. Add spring onion, crushed paper and Chinese salt.

  4. Mix well and cook.

  5. Add stock, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.

  6. Add all the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
