  • Cholai ka saag 1 kg
  • Onions 4 sliced
  • Green chilies 4
  • Whole red chilies 10
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pot, heat oil and sauté sliced onion until they are transparent.

  2. Then add cholai ka saag, green chilies, whole red chilies, turmeric powder and salt to taste and allow coking on low flame.

  3. When water dries up, stir together and take off the flame.

  4. Cholai ka Saag is ready to serve.
