  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Cauliflower 1 (boiled)
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 – 3
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 (boiled and chopped)
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a while.

  2. Then add beef mince and fry well till its water dries.

  3. Now add onion, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder and tomatoes. Fry very well.

  4. Then add cauliflower.

  5. Simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.

  6. Now remove lid, add ¼ bunch of coriander leaves.

  7. Dish it out and serve hot.
