Ingredients

  • Milk 1/2kg
  • Green cardamoms 2-3
  • Green tea leaves 3tsp
  • Baking soda 1 pinch
  • Sugar as required
  • Pistachios and almonds for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan add water, baking soda, green tea, cardamoms.

  2. Cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Then adds cold water and sugar.

  4. When the sugar dissolves sieve the mixture and beat well.

  5. Now add milk along with the pistachios and almonds.

  6. When the tea begins to boil turn the flame off and serve.

  2. Sorry but this is a totally useless recepie. I am a Kashmiri and if u can achieve the colour AND taste with this it will be a miracle! Kashmiris only ever make it with salt but ppl from other communities add sugar...DEFEATS the whole purpose!!
