Ingredients

  • Mince ½ kg (hand chopped)
  • Peas 2 cup (peeled)
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander 1 bunch (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Take oil in the pan and add onion.

  2. Fry it till golden brown.

  3. Add in ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder.

  4. Cook it and then add in mince in it.

  5. Add in peas, green chilies.

  6. Cook it for further 5 minutes.

  7. Add in salt and simmer.

  8. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
