Chicken Satay with Peanut Rice

For Chicken Satay: Cut chicken in cube shape.

Add salt n black pepper to taste, ginger garlic paste, and soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate for 10 – 12 minutes.

Add peanut butter to a saucepan and let it melt.

Insert chicken pieces into bamboo sticks.

Grill on a frying pan or grill pan and fry until marinated chicken is well cooked from both sides.

Coat chicken in melted peanut butter and serve.

For Peanut Rice: Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour.

Boil rice in a medium sized cooking pot with salt and oil.

When rice is cooked, drain and spread on a tray.

In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil.

Then add peanut butter and let it melt.

Add boiled rice, sliced peanuts, fried onion, salt and black pepper.

Mix well and serve with Chicken Satay.
