Marinate Beef cubes with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt , turmeric, all spice powder and meat tenderizer for 30 minutes.
Pressure cook the marinated beef until tender but do not dry all the water.
In another pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onions until transparent, add tomatoes and dry all the water from tomatoes.
Add cooked beef cubes and on high flame fry until it changes color to dark brown.
Add coconut slices.
In a frying pan heat remaining 2 tbsp of oil and add curry leaves and green chillies fry for a minute and add it to the fried beef while hot.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
