Pre heat the oven at 180.
Add water in a pan and then add salt.
Add butter in it till it melts.
Take it off once a boil comes.
Add plain flour in it and keep stirring.
Add it in a bowl and whisk it for a while.
Place it in fridge for a while.
Take chocolate pieces in a small pan.
Melt the chocolates by heating them in a water filled pan.
Add eggs one by one in flour mixture.
Keep beating the mixture.
Place foil on the tray and oil them.
Take butter paper and make a cone out of it.
Fill the cone with batter.
And pipe out coin sized small shapes.
Place them in oven for 25 minutes.
Make a small hole in the baked eclairs.
Fill cream in the hole with a piping bag.
Dip all eclairs one by one in chocolate.
Mount the eclairs on top of each other.
Add 2-3 tbsp water in the chocolate.
Stir the chocolate constantly and cook for a while.
And then pour molten chocolate on eclair mountain.
Put them in fridge for a while.
