Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan or pressure cooker, add onions, garam masala and fry till golden brown.
Lower the heat and add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, paste of wetermelon seeds and curd.
Fry till the oil floats and then add meat pieces, potatoes with 2 cups of water.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Garnish with fresh corinader and serve with rice.
