  • Mutton liver ½ kg
  • Dry pickle spice ½ cup
  • Lemon juice of a lemon
  • Green chilies 250 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Dry mango powder 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together pickle spice, a little oil and lemon juice. Mix well.

  2. Stuff the green chilies with prepared masala.

  3. Cut the liver into slices.

  4. Heat oil in a wok, add sliced liver and ginger garlic paste, fry till its color is changed.

  5. Then add salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper and dry mango powder.

  6. Fry for a few minutes.

  7. Now add onion, tomato and stuffed green chilies, simmer on low flame.

  8. Dish it out and serve hot.
