  • Stale roti 1 (chopped)
  • Yellow & red lentil 100 gm
  • Clarified butter ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • All spices powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 2 glass

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak red and yellow lentils.

  2. Then in a pan, add clarified butter and ginger garlic paste to cook.

  3. When ginger garlic paste is well cooked, add half cup of water.

  4. Then add all spices powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt.

  5. Add soaked lentils in it with two glass of water.

  6. When lentils are well cooked, add in stale roti and stir together on high flame.

  7. Choori is ready to serve.
