  • Fish fillet ½ kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For macaroni:
  • Macaroni ½ packet (boiled)
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • For salad:
  • Onion 1 finely sliced
  • Tomato 1 finely sliced
  • Black olives ½ cup
  • Cabbage ½ cup sliced
  • For dressing:
  • Green chilies 2 to 3 (finely sliced)
  • Green chilies 1 to 2 (sliced)
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix fish fillet with garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste and keep aside.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry fish from both sides.

  3. Cut into slices when temperature of fish has come down.

  4. Add macaroni to boiling water with some olive oil and boil for ten minutes.

  5. Rinse boiled macaroni through cold water and brush olive oil when temperature is slightly lower.

  6. In a mixing bowl, add finely sliced green chilies, finely sliced cloves of garlic, mustard paste, olive oil, vinegar, worchester sauce, lemon juice and salt to taste and mix well.

  7. Dressing is ready.

  8. For salad, mix onion, tomato, black olives and cabbage.

  9. In the salad bowl, add dressing, fish slices and macaroni and mix.

  10. Sea Salad is ready to serve.
