Soak plum and almonds in warm water.
Peel off almonds skin and break each into half.
Use gloves and squeeze soaked plums roughly with hands to form paste.
In a cooking pot, add sugar, plums paste, whole red peppers, crushed cloves of garlic, nigella seeds, white vinegar and almonds and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Plum dip is ready.
