Spinach is an excellent intake of iron which is essential for kids but kids don’t like to have spinach so you can put it up with something else like mince. Mince with spinach taste actually scrumptious and a little flavor of fenugreek made it delicious.

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1 (large, sliced)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Spinach ½ kg
  • Fenugreek bunch 4 small
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Green chili as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash well and blanched together spinach, dill and fenugreek for 10 minutes, chopperize and use.

  2. Heat oil and add 1 large sliced onion and fry till light golden.

  3. Add ginger garlic paste with mince and fry well.

  4. Add in salt, turmeric, chili powder and cumin and fry well.

  5. Add half cup water, cover and cook till mince tender.

  6. Then add yogurt and fry well.

  7. Add in spinach, fenugreek and dill mixture with half cup milk.

  8. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and green chilies, leave it on simmer.

  9. Delicious Palak Keema is ready to serve.
