Ingredients

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Apple 200 gm
  • Corn flour 50 gm
  • Red jelly 1 pack
  • Green jelly 1 pack
  • Raisin 10 gm
  • Almond 10 gm
  • Banana 3
  • Artificial sweetener 6 tbsp
  • Chocolate syrup as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Pour milk and artificial sweetener in a pan.

  2. Dissolve corn flour in a little water and add to milk.

  3. Cook milk until it thickens.

  4. Leave it to cool.

  5. Add sliced apple and bananas in it and mix.

  6. Make jelly according to directions.

  7. Add set jelly cubes, cream and garnish with almonds and raisins.

  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.

  9. Chill before serving.
