  • Raw bananas 4
  • Potatoes 2
  • Arvi 2
  • Coriander 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger (chopped finely) 1" piece
  • Green chillies (cut finely) 2
  • Either arrowroot or flour 2-3 tsp
  • Mango powder 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil the three vegetables and mash well.

  2. Then add all the other ingredients. Knead well.

  3. Form into 4" long thin rolls and deep fry.

  4. Serve as a snack.
