  • Low fat yogurt 150 gm
  • Mango yogurt 100 gm
  • Gelatin powder 2 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Egg whites beaten 3
  • Castor sugar 3 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Mango ½ (small chunks)

Cooking Directions

  1. Separate yolks and egg whites put whites in a bowl add 3 tbsp of caster sugar.

  2. Beat egg whites and sugar till fluffy creamy and set aside.

  3. In another bowl put both yogurts and whisk well.

  4. Now add honey into yogurt beat to mix.

  5. Add mango chunks into yogurt bowl stir to mix.

  6. Pour egg whites into yogurt fold to incorporate all.

  7. Mix gelatin and water and dissolve.

  8. Add gelatin into yogurt and egg mixture and fold well.

  9. Garnish with mango chunks and put into freezer for 2-3 hours to set.
