Wash, boil and roughly grind the spinach.
Cut cheese in cubes.
Shallow fry cheese to a light golden color.
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions, fry till light golden.
Add all the spices in the fried onions.
Now add the spinach with the milk and cream.
Let it simmer until slightly thick and creamy.
Lastly, add fried cheese.
Cover and steam for five minutes.
Serve hot with naan.
