  • Butter 100 g
  • Fine sugar mix until creamy 200 g
  • Eggs add one by one, mix well 3
  • Limes, grated rind only add 2
  • Peeled and ground almonds add 50 g
  • Cream add and mix all thoroughly 100 ml
  • Flour 250 g
  • Baking powder sift into mixture and blend well. 2 tsp
  • Spoon the mixture into the baking tin.
  • Syrup
  • Water bring to boil 1/4 glass
  • Sugar add and stir until sugar is dissolved 100 g
  • Orange juice 1/2 glass
  • Lime juice add to syrup stir well and remove 1/2 glass
  • from heat Prick the top of the cake with
  • a skewer or a knitting needle several times.
  • Spoon the syrup over the warm cake until all is absorbed.

Cooking Directions
