Among these Chinese dishes, “Szechwan Chicken” is popular all over the world for its taste and flavor. It is also very similar to Pakistani dishes due to its spicy taste.

  • Chicken breast 300 gm (meat from breast)
  • Capsicums 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Cabbage ¼
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Shallots 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Whole red chilies 8 to 10
  • For Seasoning:
  • Salt as taste
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken breast into thin pieces.

  2. Cut capsicums, carrots, ginger, cabbage and red chilies into thin strips.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and chicken to it and cook for a while on low flame.

  4. Add whole red chilies to the chicken and cook for a while.

  5. Add salt, black pepper, white pepper, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chili garlic sauce to it.

  6. In the end, mix all the vegetables with the chicken and cook for 10 minutes, serve steaming hot.

  7. Garnish it with green chili, tomato and coriander leaves.
