Ingredients

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2 small (chopped)
  • Tomatoes 2 (tomato)
  • Potatoes 2
  • Dry red chilies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Green chilies 2 – 3 big

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut undercut into steaks, flatten very well using hammer.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste and beef pieces.

  3. Fry very well till water dries.

  4. Then add onion, tomatoes, potatoes, dry red chilies and salt.

  5. Also add a little water, cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes till potatoes are tender.

  6. Lastly add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, coriander leaves and big green chilies cut into halves.

  7. Mix well and dish it out.

  8. Serve hot.
