Wash and soak the prawns for half an hour.
In a pot, slightly Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes and remove.
In the same pot,fry the onions till golden.
Then add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder and turmeric.
Add a little water and stir well until oil separates.
Add the fried Prawns and mix well.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Dish out,Garnish and serve hot.
